At Estbnh.com, we are committed to providing you with the best vehicle products and services. We understand that circumstances may lead to a need for cancellation or a return, and we aim to make this process clear and fair.

Please read our policy carefully as return and refund eligibility varies significantly based on the delivery and installation method.

1. Cancellation & Return Eligibility by Delivery Method:

1.1. For Orders with Estbnh Service Van Delivery & Installation:

  • Cancellation Before Installation:
    • Customers may cancel an order anytime up to the point of tire installation by using the cancellation feature within the Estbnh mobile application.
    • If challenges arise with the app cancellation, customers may contact our customer service team. Our customer service team also contacts customers prior to delivery in any case, offering another opportunity for cancellation.
    • Refund for Pre-Installation Cancellation: A full refund will be issued, except for orders paid using Tamara or Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later providers), which will incur a 2% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • Post-Installation Policy (No Returns):
    • Once a tire has been successfully installed by an Estbnh service technician on a vehicle, the order becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • Installed tires are considered used commodities and cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.
    • Manufacturer Warranty: For any defects or issues that arise after installation, customers should utilize the warranty provided directly by the tire manufacturer or their local authorized agent. Estbnh.com is not responsible for post-installation issues covered under manufacturer warranties.

1.2. For Orders Shipped via Carriers (Customer Pick-up from Depot):

  • Cancellation Eligibility:
    • An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Additionally, the cancellation is only valid as long as the tires have not been officially collected by the customer from the carrier's depot. "Officially collected" means the customer has physically picked up the item(s) from the designated carrier's facility.
    • If either the 24-hour window has passed OR the customer has collected the tires from the depot, the order becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Refund for Eligible Cancellation:
    • If an order is successfully cancelled within the eligible timeframe and conditions:
      • For payments made via VISA, MasterCard, MADA, or Cash, a full refund will be issued.
      • For payments made through Tamara or Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later providers), a 2% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Condition for Return (Before Pick-up):
    • For any returns that may occur before customer pick-up (e.g., due to an Estbnh error), items must be in their original packaging, unused, uninstalled on a vehicle, and undamaged.

2. General Refund Information:

  • Refund Processing Time: Once an eligible refund is approved and processed by Estbnh.com, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The exact timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider's processing procedures.
  • Refund Currency: All refunds will be issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from Estbnh.com is required for all cancellation and refund inquiries.
