At Estbnh.com, we are dedicated to ensuring your vehicle's essential parts and tires reach you efficiently and reliably. Our shipping policy outlines the details of our delivery process to provide you with a smooth experience.

1. Shipping Coverage:

  • Estbnh.com currently delivers to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within two (2) business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:30 PM (AST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that Fridays are not considered business days for order processing and shipping.

3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Timelines:

We offer two primary delivery methods, each with its own estimated timeline:

  • 3.1. Estbnh Service Van Delivery & Installation:
    • Estimated delivery and installation: Within two (2) business days from the order processing date.
    • Our team will coordinate with you to schedule the installation time.
  • 3.2. Shipping via Carriers (Customer Pick-up from Depot):
    • Estimated delivery to the carrier's depot: Within three (3) business days from the order processing date.
    • Once the tires arrive at the carrier's depot, you will be notified for pick-up.
  • 3.3. Expedited Shipping:
    • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Flat Rate: Shipping costs are applied as a flat rate per order.
  • Visibility: The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm your order at checkout.
  • Promotional Free Shipping: Estbnh.com may offer free shipping during specific promotional periods. Details of such promotions will be clearly communicated.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive notifications directly through the Estbnh mobile application, which will include relevant tracking information for your shipment (where applicable).

6. Delivery and Receipt:

  • No Signature Required: A signature is generally not required upon delivery for either Estbnh Service Van or Carrier shipments.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Estbnh.com customer service immediately to request a return or resolution as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Missed Delivery (Estbnh Service Van): If you are not available to receive the Estbnh Service Van delivery at the scheduled time, a reschedule can be arranged, but it will incur an additional fee.
  • Missed Delivery (Carrier Shipping): If you are not available to pick up a shipment from the carrier's depot, the carrier's individual missed delivery or holding policy will apply. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to the carrier's pickup deadlines to avoid return to sender or additional charges.

7. Unforeseen Delays:

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, logistical challenges) may occasionally cause delays.
  • In such events, an Estbnh.com agent will proactively contact you by phone ahead of processing your order to inform you of any potential delays.
